Deliveries:

Our warranty states that plants are true to variety and in good condition at the time of pick-up or delivery. We accept no responsibility for plant damage resulting from poor care received after leaving the nursery.
General Notes:
This price list is intended for use by our wholesale customers only. Wholesale customers are those who operate businesses that resell plants or who represent governmental municipalities, cemeteries, or golf courses. This includes operations of nurseries, garden centers, landscape contractors, landscape architects, florists, and general contractors.
Conditions of Sale:
The prices listed here are current and cancel all previous prices. Prices and the availability of plants are subject to change without written notice.
To customers with established good credit, we offer terms of net 30 days. Service charges on all past-due accounts will be 1.5 % per month. This is an annual percentage of 18%. All orders will be charged Rhode Island sales tax unless the customer has given us the required sales tax exemption certificate. If we do not have this at the time of pick-up or delivery we must charge this tax. Pick-ups by a commercial trucking firm or deliveries out of state are exempt.
Orders not claimed within seven days of the specified pick-up date will be considered canceled. There will be a 20% charge for either cancellation of plant material that has been specially ordered or for cancellation of orders already pulled.
Individual plant tagging is permitted by the purchaser only and must be picked up within seven days. No one may charge on another customer's account.
Many of our plants are available in sizes not listed. We also carry a number of specialty plants.
